I'm not sure. I did not get that option while booking. According to the website it is possible to upgrade to economy comfort with the online tool..but no such option there also...

So, also no chairs between on rows 18, 19 and 20 I suppose?
By the way, how to reserve a Economy Comfort chair, I don't see any options for that on the website?

When selecting my seat, the cabin lay-out looks like this:
There seems to be extra chairs in row 15 to 20..

While selecting my seat for my flight to Hong-Kong, I noticed on the seat map that the small economy section in the front (rows 10-19) has been largely removed.
