Hello Uni, thanks for the information.
I am planning to be at Hyakuri this Thurs-Sun. Arriving at NRT, can you advise any place around NRT or enroute to Hyakuri I can buy step ladder?
Thanks
Martin

Re: REQ: Busan Gimhae Int. Airport. (PUS / RKPK)
A bit late now Chris but HL5256 sat in the corner of Busan's ramp for quite a while 2 maybe even 3 years with the logos painted out and covered up while I assume the usual arguement about insurance payout took place. On one of my subsequent visits it had then completely disappeared, I assume cut up ...

Re: Log South Korea
haha...dutchphantom knows me too well, yes I was there. By the way, the F-16, F-5's and some of the KT-1's you saw at Cheongju were not strictly visitors as they are aircraft on attachment to the 29th TES which operates out of the base. The An-2's are based at Seongmu but no-one knows any data about...

Re: Log South Korea
Hi Ronald
I noticed from your F-4E notes above you have 6-497 listed. Just to confirm, this would be 60-497.

Re: small SE Asia trip (Pics) Cheongju thursday
Very nice shots, any more?
Lucky to catch the RF-4C, how many different machines did you see flying?

Re: Cheongju AP/South Korea Airshow 25-27 Oct
Bear in mind that they could impose restrictions on photographing on the premises. That is what they do at Seongnam as well, all non-airshow related traffic for instance is off-limits (but clearly in sight and therefore doable [and done ;-) ]). Indeed...if that parking lot is truly a public car par...

Re: Cheongju AP/South Korea Airshow 25-27 Oct
This was taken from the first arrow in Stefan's photo. http://i535.photobucket.com/albums/ee352/UK55Vert/CheongjuAB_16_Oct_2013_no2_zps3e3600ad.jpg It is closer to the base than the other locations but it was taken from the other side of the trees so you're not obvious to the base. But it's worth ma...

Re: Seoul airshow/Osan airpower day 25-27 Oct
I would think this will be no problem.
No idea where to stand though as I've never been to Cheongju before but GE shows plenty of potential.

Re: REQ: seoul airshow/osan airpower day
I would say the Friday will be the best day to attend due to the flypasts which will not happen Sat/Sun. However, as with all Korean shows, each day can be different to the one before so I would recommend attending as much of it as you can. Problem with Cheongju for flying is that the show site is n...

Re: 10 ex RoKAF Hawks sold
Nice read Elmer but the data is a little incorrect on where the Hawk's were stationed. They were originally stationed at Sacheon moving to Yecheon a little later.evhest wrote:The FAA registry gives 67-512 for N515XX and 67-514 for N516XX.
