Nice catch on that ex-Afghan C-130, wonder who it belongs now. USAF?

Thanks DJ! Not sure if 503 is a former Zeus demo bird but let's see what comes back from Gando (tomorrow?) then.

I was waiting to get a glimpse of the C-130 crew to see indeed who is operating it, but it was abandoned yesterday. On its way to AMARG?

Cheers, Bart

1675 C-130H dep. as Fixer01, heading NW
0110/F-RBAR A400M ET4/61 spcl marks arr.

Roma81, a KC-135 from Mildenhall, is inbound, but can't wait for it.

Still on deck are the grey Gulf and ARIES. No activity with the Vipers, all shelters and hangars were closed.

SU-BAL C-130H at HAF visitors ramp
1294/SU-BKT C-130H-30 at HAF visitors ramp
16+01 A340 arr (NAMFI?)

A few days ago I saw a Bulgarian AF L410 depart, so looks like some kind of exercise is being prepared here.
Did you look around any good? Apparently four Egyptian Mig-29's and two F-16s were in just for this day!
I just stumbled on photos today, actually looking for something else.

I know I know DJ, rub it in... I only had limited time that day. Looks like the fighters had already left when I got there. If only I'd known up front.. Catch of the century!

Currently two KC135 on deck. 61-0292/D and 62-3551/D. Both from 351ARS.

Furthermore, today it’s a national holiday in Greece. So no activity from the local boys.

Tankers are perhaps here to support the Qatari F-15EXs on the last leg of their delivery, or to bring the SJ Eagles that I understood are at Larissa home?

I would put my money on SP F16s back home from Blue Flag Ovda. They used the same callsign two weeks ago.
