It does not. It is a recent transfer as far as I know. Perhaps the same for all the Makos (FM) and the WI birds.
WI ANG is transferring to the F-35A next year so they lost their Vipers. The 93 FS Makos fly some of the old WI's and some of the Makos transferred to the 457 FS Spads (TX). All still unpainted and in their original markings. Some high hour Vipers of the Spads went to the Makos in return.

Tally.

Looks like Tucson is in the process of receiving a lot of new F-16s.
In oct22 also the following were noted under the sheds among the AZ Vipers:
86-0306/DC, 85-1509/DC
86-0355/AC, 86-0043/AC, +1
87-0271/AL
87-0365/SA
87-0367/FM, 85-1552/FM
87-0275/WI
87-0258, 87-0260, 87-0343, 88-0150 all unmarked plus 86-0350/AZ (photo from Mar22 shows this at Tucson still as DC)
(not noted, but photo from Jun22 shows 86-0346/AZ, ex AL)

Anyone for the 3rd AC ??

Additional RoCAF seen were: 772, 799, 843

As 195th FS transferred its F-16s to US Navy, new deliveries were expected.

I also visited in October, and only the two AC you mention here were seen by us, no third one.
