Re: Donauwoerth (EDPR) 2022 CIV/MIL
LOG Donauwoerth 27/04/2022
74+53 Tiger UHT Heer maintenance flight as "Limit 01"
79+65 NH.,90NFH Marine engine test
89+64 Sea King Mk.41 Marine/MFG5 outside
[D-HADJ] BK.117D3 all metallic black c/s production flight as "Redfox 24". The future registration "PS-CAR" was applied and with some effort readable under the sticker. Furthermore, the helicopter came very close to the fence so I managed to get a picture of the construction number plate with my telelens so its c/n 21121 is confirmed too.
[D-HADO] BK.117D3 all yellow/black cockpit+fenestron frame. Production flight as "Redfox 14" (c/n 21128)
D-HADS BK.117D2 Airbus inside C7 (c/n 20007)
D-HADW BK.117D3 Airbus local flight as "Redfox 10" (c/n 20002)
D-HADX BK.117D3 Airbus local flight as "Redfox 6" (c/n 20001)
[D-HBKX] / (HB-ZQO) BK.117D3 REGA production flight as "Redfox 12". Compared to my last sighting of this helicopter it was now fitted with various EMS equipment like winch, search light etc.
[D-HCBC] / (future JA02MK) EC.135.3H Kyodo Mainichi Newspaper Production flight as "Redfox 5". Finally I got a c/n for this one: 2172.
D-HMBE BK.117D2m Airbus local flight as "Redfox 25" (c/n 20177)
D-HXFF BK.117D3 DRF Flugrettung ; inside delivery hangar C9/2. The tail was not visible but I guess it is the D-HADE which I saw a few weeks ago. D-HXFF is a reservation for c/n 21112
G-CMIR Juno HT.1 RAF shortly towed outside of C9/1 for fuelling. "G-CMIR" is not yet registered on GINFO register, so I cannot confirm if it is ex D-HCBG (c/n 2175 or 79) but most probably it is this helicopter. The helicopter obviously will be flown to the UK very soon.
Furthermore, an all black EC.135 without any markings was towed rotorless from the production area into the western part of F8

Re: Donauwoerth (EDPR) 2022 CIV/MIL
That is a good question! Looking at the colours I would say it is a standard HT.1 for the DHFS. I also read somewhere that the additional 5 helicopters are for the Army but I would expect different colours for them?Canberra TT.18 wrote: ↑28 Apr 2022, 10:52Is this an additional HT.1 or one of the 5 H135/Juno for the AAC on order?
Maybe they are just under contract of the Army and are pooled together at Shawbury with the other ones for pilot training. Time will tell...

For a picture of the Omani and the others check the link mentioned before. There is big construction work at the moment - they are building a huge earth wall all along the runway to prevent viewing from outside. Lets hope that there will be no trees planted on top of it - in that case the usual positions in the south will be no longer possible. The next weeks will tell...

D-HMBE arrived back to Donauwörth from Romania, crossing Hungary and Austria.
In the period from 22 to 25/05/22, a demonstration of the capabilities of the H145M helicopter equipped with the Airbus HForce Weapon System was held in Romania, carrying out live fire demonstrations with Rafael's Spike missile.

[98+53] / (79+66) NH.90NFH Marine towed into F8
[D-HADN] BK.117D3 white /blue fuselage with red underside and tail plus several brown stripes. Production flight as "Redfox 25". C/N is 21157, so 21152 for the Omani Police D-HBTA is also possible. So it seems I missed quite a lot of helicopters between c/n 21130 and 21150. Not sure where these ended up and why I did not see any of them!
[D-HBKZ] BK.117D3 Exxon Mobile, production flight as "Redfox 7"
[D-HBTA] BK.117D3 Omani Police, towed into F8
[D-HCBB] EC.135.3H anthrazite c/s with stripes. Future reg. "UR-BTB" also applied. Production flight as "Redfox 14". Good to see they are still getting new helicopters!
[D-HCBH] Juno HT.1 RAF engine test (c/n confirmed 2179)
D-HCBS BK.117D2m Airbus parked in a corner of the ramp
