Your question is a bit unclear. If you mean: have the F-16s that are sold to Draken already been wfu by the RNLAF, then the answer is yes. The contingent at Tucson AFB has been disbanded, if I am right they are currently busy packing up their things and deciding which bits to take home and which to leave in the USA. Their last mission was flown already some time ago.

Many thanks for the updates.

Both J-509 and J-644 were withdrawn for use leaving 27 operational F-16's with 312sq. Being withdrawn from use does not mean that they will not fly anymore, the J-144 for example made a test flight on October 18th, 6 months after being wfu.

With Draken International having an option on another 28 F-16's it could be that in addition to the last operational F-16's a selection of wfu aircraft are kept in flying condition.
