I’m not sure about ZM420 but A4M056 which was in full RAF marks today should be ZM421 unless they have reallocated serials.

Plenty of RAF serials have been predicted wrongly from the start so I don't see why ZM420 couldn't be 056

Assumption might come as 0056 EC-400 was wearing RAF 100 years sticker back in 2018.
UKserials has it up as (future) ZM421.

A quick trip up to Seville was very productive yesterday 04/08/2022. The following were noted;

A4M125 (54+39)/MSN125 GAF fully marked. Serial still taped over
