In december it was approved by the Hungarian Defence Ministry to start the organisation, but at the moment, no official announcement.

Nothing official, dont know why not and where and when will be anything announced. But as I said before.
Last december, in the montly military bulletin, the Defence Minister approved to start the organisation. The Hungarian Defense Forces is 175 years old this year, and a huge recruiter campaign started in february.
With all that, it will happen I think.
