On Saturday evening, KL-1349 AMS-Billund aborted its take off roll at high speed (135 kts). On the taxiway, the aircraft (B737-700 PH-BGH) was checked by the Fire brigade, then taxied to the gate, and took off again about 1,5h later.

SCHIPHOL - Een Boeing 777-200 van KLM op weg naar Johannesburg is vanmiddag teruggekeerd naar Schiphol nadat er brand was ontstaan in de keuken.

De route van vlucht KL591 op Flightradar24.
De Boeing met registratie PH-BQO keerde boven de Middellandse Zee, ter hoogte van Sardinië en Menorca, terug richting Schiphol.

Two missed approaches by EK147 A6-EUB today. Pretty windy, but nothing extra ordinary. Anyone for the reason?

Wind shear. The heavier the aircraft, the more it is susceptible to wind shear due to mass inertia. This probably explains why especially this one experienced it.
