Perhaps not really related with Ukraine .....

https://twitter.com/JulianRoepcke/statu ... ense-grens

Pure Panik ...

Russian air defences are having a lot of success lately.
At least one Su-34, one Su-35 rumoured, one Mi-8 confirmed and another MI-8 likely. And the Mi-28 above Crimea was also rumoured by air defence.

Just a shame it were all Russian aircraft... If all are correct, 5 in two days!

Another video of I do not know what coming down very hard.
https://twitter.com/wartranslated/statu ... 6815627266

And just to be sure 'just a shame' is sarcastic. I don't care how the Russians loose, as long as they loose. Perhaps the west can send the Russians more anti-aircraft systems if they promise to keep tackling their own...

Edit:
Interesting comment on that last vid by the way: https://twitter.com/NukedLT/status/1657 ... 69/photo/1
It says that these might have been shot down by the ex-polish MiG-29s with 100km range A-A missiles. No idea if that could be the case (anybody knows?), but if so, that is a freaking good thing. That would take away the Russian ability to use FAB-500 gliding bombs with a range of about 60km.

Update about the crashed Su's and Mi-8s today

The downed helicopters should be the rare Mi-8MTPR-1s with the Rychag-AV radio electronic warfare station. It also turned out that only one Su-34 had crashed on Russian territory. The second plane that crashed was a Su-35 Flanker-Е+.

Odd thing is, the Ukrainians have not claimed any of the aicraft or helicopters in their daily Russian losses report. Why wouldn't they if it was them?

Picture of a two engine transport falling burning to ground in Russia.

Most likely an An-26.
