so why is it mentioned as movement at EHTW? Some of these posts contain a lot of information EXCEPT what actually is going on... (when I posted my reply the "diverted to FMO" was not yet mentioned in the original post!)

Hi JetStar2, if I may step in, flights that are scheduled to Twente can only land under good weather conditions. If the clouds hang too low/no good visibility the plane has to divert to Munster (FMO) across the border. These can be sometimes be last minute decisions. Above text re. expected planes is then updated.

In this case the visibility was below 5Km and the clowds below 500ft.
Twente is VFR only, and need a CB of at least 2000ft and a visibility of more than 5 km.
So the DXO was the 1st divert of the month.
Many will Come.
