Endurance ETA now showing as 16-10-2023 23:40lt. Any updates on viewability of the helo's at Vlissingen port would be much appreciated in the due course of discharging the vessel.

Roadsigns are in place already in Vlissingen port leading "spotters" to the same location as two years ago. I guess the gate (entrance Indaver Afvalberging Franrijkweg) to that location is only open at workdays. It was closed today (sunday 15th.)

Anyone (past) experience with the Schotlandweg for viewing as well? It is likely the choppers will be placed inside again (for rotorblade assembly).

The open terrain at the end of the Schotlandweg that was accessible two years ago is now fenced off. So not good for spotting anymore.

Seems like a good guess to me, also the local newspaper mentioned Thursday as arrivaldate. Let's see what happens and have a sharp eye on ADS-B as the flying time from Vlissingen to Woensdrecht is just under 15 mins!Goldenflyer wrote: ↑16 Oct 2023, 22:27 https://www.marinetraffic.com/nl/ais/de ... :ENDURANCE

Did anyone visit the port today and did they disembark and assemble the/some helicopters already? Still in limbo if I should visit Woensdrecht or Vlissingen tomorrow.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, the first helicopters are planned to leave the Vlissingen harbour. Depending on weather of course. So I am sure assembling has started today already.

Thanks Patrick! I will be there! The weather looks okay I think contrary to Thursday and Friday..patrick dirksen wrote: ↑17 Oct 2023, 22:09 Tomorrow, Wednesday, the first helicopters are planned to leave the Vlissingen harbour. Hi, today we saw 28 H-60's and 14 H-64's unloaded.
They all went inside.
We left around 19.00 hours when there was no activity anymore (so it seems).
We saw them from the spotters area.

Will any of the Dutch correspondents be checking the H-60 construction numbers?
