Missed one off!

C295 MSN 231 primer. Parked with the Canadian gaggle near to the A400M paintbay and only really visible from the park near to the Pilan area.

KM101, if you are correct then an extra aircraft has appeared from somewhere. Serial 16 has moved from the old 3rd row and now been bagged; so that was the 5th bagged one. However a 6th one is now bagged but it has not been moved from the original 3 rows.

hope that makes sense

At the end of last week there were two rows of 6 followed by a row of 5 (all un bagged). On the end of the row of 5 was a single bagged one then there was another row of 5 bagged ones. A total of 23 (6 bagged, 17 not).

What is the problem with these Canadian C295s? They seem to be parked at Seville since at least a year and only a few were delivered. Are they stored or waiting for some special equipment?

More than a year ago there were reports about serious software issues, not sure if that's the reason why they're still not in Canada.

Thanks Mike, interesting but also a sad read on how procurement seems to have gone wrong. Crazy it takes so long to fix it all.
