I'm think the roundabout at Rte de la Muette à Neuilly at the Bois de Boulogne, which is bit more open compared to city

A few meters more south along the lake, unobstructed view over the water.

Do note the carnival/fair ground is open and will attract lots of people with just limited parking spaces!
