Tyrolean Jet & Service (TJS, Innsbruck)
has confirmed a rumoured acquisition by Gama Aviation (GMA, Farnborough)
will be completed "imminently".

The Austrian operator will retain its current Air Operator's Certificate and brand as it is integrated into the holding.
