Trying to renew subscription

]Hello
I am trying to renew my subscription however the appears to be am issue with the website , it will not allow me to enter any details.it tells me to enter information in the fields but idoesn't allow me to do so. This is the same on different devices and on my laptop. Is the same in Chrome or Edge

Last week we re-introduced the last pieces that went missing when transferring from Joomla 4 to Joomla 5 a while ago.
Off course we try to solve it asap. Please check your mail from subscribe@scramble.nl.

Out of interest: will all subscribers receive an e-mail when they are due to renew their subscription? Or is it something we have to keep track off ourselves?

Yes, no action is needed until an e-mail arrives twhen your subscription has ended.

I have tried to renew my subscription. I can add an item to the check out. However, the next step: Add the personall info, make the payment seems to be impossible.

I had trouble when using my Firefox browser. I switched to Microsoft Edge and my renewal went through without a problem.

The bug has been identified and by now removed.
So all should work as advertised, by now including a proper iDeal functionality (using a Dutch bank account) for instant premium access!

My subscription ended on the 5th of january, but I never received any email. Same happened a year ago.....

No mail, no access right have been withdrawn. After my holiday I will be happy to do that asap.

btw as our software supplier let us down when going to Joomla5 all shop orders are taken differently than a year before.

I recieved the mail with link and instructions, but got a internal server error after te login page, so i think the issue is not solved at this time,
please send me a bank nummer so i can pay in a different way or solve the problem

Our software supplier is working on the "Error" ticket, but I am afraid we have to wait until a regular update arrives.

No error should be encountered if you start with login and than proceed to the subscription ordering page.

Off course, when encountering errors, an e-mail to the address supplied in the renewal e-mail might provide a quicker answer!
