Those pictures surely demonstrate the working camouflage of the Cougar. Very nice pictures!

A very hot, and somewhat damp, army open day at Deelen in 2005:

Hi Remco, great pictures, especially the "Tiger Cougar". I flew in the back at that time. It is even a very special picture because it was the only flight in that colour scheme....unfortunately. I hope there are more pictures of it at that day. I noticed a lot of spotters at Twente Airport, so I hope there will be posted some more.

I remember it was june 8th 2005. Almost every Dutch spotter was at Kleine Brogel for the last visit of the Czech Mig21. I was at my work when I heard of this only flight of the Tiger Cougar. I managed to go home a hour earlier to catch it at Soesterberg.
Around that time there were rumours about painting an other Cougar in a Tiger livery when it would be in maintanance at Woensdrecht. Do you know if there is a chance we will see a Tiger Cougar in the future?

Well, I left 300 sqn about half a year ago, after working there for 9 years. Perhaps I'll explain later what the reason for the painting was and why it the Tiger Cougar wasn't show to the public after all. To my opinion, this will not happen ever again. Perhaps a small painting, like a tail art. Something like the Cougarhead on the tail of the S-459. But after what happened the last time with the Tiger-Cougar, I think the chances are very small, sadly.
