Transavia this summer

Post by OA152 »

Can anyone provide information on when the a/c that are now on winterlease to Sun Country will return?

Also, I noticed that the lease op PH-HZK and -HZM to KLM end this month. Will they be prolonged or does this mean that these planes will start flying for HV fulltime now?

Will HV be leasing aircraft for the summer season? Last year, there where the three a/c from South African and the Spicejet.

When will PH-HZO be delivered to HV?

Thanks for any help anyone can give!

Summerleases:
- definitely no SAA aircraft
- 2 SpiceJet (at least one delivery ex Boeing)
- 1 still unknown, rumors within the company state 9Y-GEO (BWIA!!)

Frank
As HV757 mentioned before, Transavia expect some summerleases.

PH-HZO is expected around 24th April

Grtz...

Missed that part completely...

It would be great if the BWIA-a/c were to come to AMS!

My regular source is sick at home and won't be available the next 2-4 weeks, so we have to rely on other sources.

Bye, Chris.

Can confirm we will lease a Caribbean Airways 738 this summerseason. Also confirmed is the lease of two Spicejet 738's (reg. HZR, HSY) We're still looking for a 4th additional lease a/c.

In the months april and may we will also use 1 of the HN 738's (ex. Sterling) to meet spring holiday demands.

For the comming summer HV will fly with a total of 32 a/c. So thats 28 of our own planes (inc. HZO) and 4 lease a/c.

A minor correction. It's Caribbean Airlines. Caribbean Airways went bust in the early 90's IIRC.

..could be wrong here, but afaik the HSY regi is the first in the newly reserved series for transavia (PH-HS...) as the whole PH-HZ... series is full now

OY-SEH just left MAAS as SNB9772 bound for CPH

Correct, normal transavia colors, no special titels or something, just "transavia.com"

HN will use the exact same branding as HV. This includes livery, cabine uniforms and during start-up even more or less the same products that will be sold on board. HN will also use same cabine procedures and the booking system HV is using right now. So the planes won't receive any additional French tags as far as I know.
