Check Coleman, the picture was taken during the spotters day that time.

Do you have some nice pictures taken at Twenthe during the 80's and 90's?

Tiger1, sorry, as I said before I only took pictures for a very brief time in my spotters career, so I'm afraid I'll have to disappoint you. The rotation with the French Alpha's was actually my first consciously recorded event on Twenthe airbase (together with the Italian F104 rotation, which was shown before), was it 1983?

Sorry, i don't have pictures of the german fitter that made some practice runs on the spotter side.

I don't know exectly the date of the rotation but it must be in 83 or 84.

I have some nice air to air pix of the RAF Phantoms but the quality is not so good of the scan.
But the slides are 100% good.
I will scan them for a second time and hope they will be much better
This is one of them........................

Here are some "new" oldies made in 1981 at Twenthe A.B.

F-104G (D-8281) go back to the flightline after testing the barier, look at the hook who is half down.

The next five pictures where made in 1981 during a squadron exchance with the 315sqdn.

Hi,

I have two pics of an Italian AMX and PD808 which participated in Falcon Nut 1994 and where on TDY at Twenthe late June 1994. The quality is not 100% good but good enough to share....
