Will Curtis stopped flying displays, he's now busy with other activities, unfortunately :(

There is only 1 F-15E demoteam at the moment. The other F-15 is a C-model, busy in Oregon (OR?) during the Open Days.

The problem for me is that there is not any information on the site

That's correct Joost, The site will be "filled" with information the coming weeks by us and the people of airbase Leeuwarden. So stay tuned.

Stefan

I think that the Klu will send the C-130 which is available at that time, even if it has the old or the new painting. On the other hand I can imagine that they try to send the new-coloured one, due to the fact that they want to show their new colors and "face".

Greetings, Arjan

How about "Double Dutch" flying again only this time with two KDC-10's (with smokewinders)and the DC-10 as a spare.

Liked it very much at Volkel.

Arjan, there is one C-130 operational at the time, the G-275. The G-273 is for overhaul and maintenance in Cambridge, when it returns it's in new colours. So you won't see a camouflaged Dutch Hercules anymore.

My serious wish: enough toilets behind (but not in!) the spectators area. Last time at Lwd was quite a run for me.

Then a less serious wish. The European people seem a bit disappointed in the small Olympic flame. So I would suggest the PLAAF August 1st (Ba Yi) display team (six Chengdu J-7GB's) to come show of some big afterburning flames at Leeuwarden.
