How long does it normally takes to repair those 'cracks', like the ones found on the KQ 737?

Hard to say, all depending on the section and size of the founded cracks, small ones can be fixed within some days, concering the KQ you'll need to think of weeks (my guess 2).

I can tell that the c-check is stopped due to the findings > cracks. A specialized team from boeing is coming to AMS to see if it can be fixed. If it can be fixed they will continue the c-check.

The TUI/Arke-Fly smile/logo will be placed on the tail instead of the Futura-logo ....
