3 F-4s are inbound LIPA now as Tuaf015a-c enroute to Florennes. Support is 1 C-160.

ETA for Aviano is 11.30 local.

I thought the Florennes site mentioned 2 F-4's participating in TLP 2008-3.

This is quite normal.
The Turkish will bring in three F-4s to have always two Phantoms for the ecercise and one on standby.
More participating countries do this.

the turkish were expected for 9.26 local and arrived in perfect time while the C160 arrived 20 minutes earlier then expected. They were scheduled for 9.12 and arrived about 8:50.
F4 departed in perfect time at 11.35 as scheduled.

Are these of 132 filo, as advertised?

Yes, they are 132 Filo - same "winged dagger" badges as the 132 Filo F-16's that made a weekend stop at Lakenheath enroute to Red Flag Alaska July 7th/8th 2007:

88-0035, 89-0042, 91-0017, 92-0005, 92-0008, 92-0015
