What a weird sight, so see it has lowered its tailhook only half way....
Why was that ?

If you look at the rear sight you can see that it has used his dragchute but it didn't worked properly I'll belief.
So the speed is to high to stop normally thats wy he lowered the hook to catch the barrier, but the hook is moving down!
