108.1500 = ILS Localizer
120.4250 = Tower
121.7750 = Ground
125.1250 = air-air
125.7750 = air-air
133.0250 = Fokker Services
278.3750 = Ops. Diamond
307.1750 = PC-7 display
334.5500 = Glidepath
339.0000 = Tower

Additons and/or corrections are more then welcome of course.

Twr on 118.500 is correct.
Wasn't there a Notam last year that 118.500 changed into 120.425?

The 120.4250 is right for Woensdrecht Tower.
