Pff, Galaxies looked much better in those days, not to mention Starlifters....

I remember a large number of both visisting Soesterberg in 1994 for relief flights to Rwanda. Any pics of those? (Ok, it's the nineties, but hey!)

Finally the chance to add something to this brilliant topic. In august 1994 quite some heavy lifters visited SSB due to peace keeping operations in Rwanda.

Here a 32nd TFS F-15C arriving back at SSB after participating in the 1984 William Tell Meet. Note the USAFE shield on the tail and "The Queens Finest" ribbon above the squadron emblem.

to see XS452 flying: go to Cape Town and visit Thunder City!!

I used to call them "Onscherpa's, because I failed most of the times to get it sharp on slide, just like this one. It also seems to be a littlebit unsharp... Typical!!
