Roadrunner Jaguar Blerick (Venlo) 01/02/09

Seen this afternoon at a truck-trailer in Blerick (Venlo):

XZ355 Jaguar GR.3 RAF / 41 Sqn mks

The trailer is parked on the terrain of the company Jozef Hermans Transport at the Tjalkkade in Blerick (Venlo). The Jaguar will be transported to Greece. I don't know when the transport will depart.

The aircraft can be seen from the road, but is very hard to photograph.

This afternoon the Jaguar was still at the Tjalkkade. The fusselage and tail section where both on a different truck-trailer (this time from another company called "Blok Almelo"). It looks the transport was going to leave in a short time.

A friend of mine tought the tail section was from a Tornado instead of a Jaguar.....

I've been there this morning around 8.30, but there was no sign of the jaguar, so probably gone yesterday evening or last night.

The Jaguar has been blocked in Ancona Port by the Guardia di Finanza. Having seen a somewhat blury translation of the article, one would read that they nature of this transaction (concerning owner/destination) raised some concerns as well as the insurrance part as both trucks/lorries carried the same numberplates. Investigations have started by studying the paperwork of the Greek drivers.
