As far as I know, there's an Eagle in the KLu-logo...

I guess the new colorscheme would have to do something with the fact, that the F-16 is 30 years in Dutch service now.
I think, that the F-16 will be painted in the colors red, white, blue and orange and the bird is a Falcon ofcourse.
Am I getting close?????

Re: F16 Demoteam 2009
probably a wild guess but I think the colors of the new demo F-16 are shown in the Open Dagen badge of this year. So: orange and black striping.

Will they use the scheme that was rejected in 2007 (which looks a lot like the badge shown above this post)?Eric Coeckelberghs wrote:No, you're not getting close

And where do you see the new paint job on that forum? I only see a discussion which has no additional information to what can be read here..Musicmann wrote:Follow this topic for the paint job http://z8.invisionfree.com/SG_WOENSDREC ... =1231&st=0

They are doing everything to keep the scheme secret until it will be revealed at Volkel (so I guess it will leave EHWO in the dark, to make it difficult to make pictures during take-off there or landing at EHVK).
Read the news section of http://www.f16demoteam.nl.

About the new colours it says
Our new Demonstration F-16 (J-015) is brought to Woensdrecht for the stunning new paintscheme. Although the paint scheme of the J-055 is still on the plane and we will train in it the comming weeks, the plane will be painted grey in the near future.
It was hard to develop the new paint scheme but we think it is beautiful and will turn heads at the shows this year. The only thing we can say about the scheme is….nothing!!! It will remain a secret we hope!!! till we reveal it at Volkel Airbase in the beginning of April.
