Sources have stated that Transavia will probably use surplus KLM aircraft this summer, but those details have not yet been confirmed.
correct, aircraft to be used not known.
To keep the rumours going: other lease posibilities heard in the 'wandelgangen' are a transavia.com France 737-800 or even a GOL 737-800!

As soon as I have comfirmed info I will share it with you people!

Frank
Isn't it a little bit late to arrange that? Or is it already arranged and still under embargo?
Normally this kind of thing should be arranged around december

I think your info is not correct Chris.
KLM has only 5 Full-pax 744 PH-BFA,B,G,L,N
The others are Combi's
* = as stated by Peter Hartman in November 2008.
So it's not me who is incorrect, but Mr. Hartman... ;)

Untill i receive new / updated info, the above statements will remain listed.

@Frank, looking forward for the info.

Chris.

Small HV update:
as it seems now (and remember, things still can change!!) the fleet in the summer 2009 will be 31 a/c.
The -700 fleet will consist of 10 a/c, the -800 fleet of 20 (including the still to be delivered HSA & HSW)
This brings a total of 30 (own) a/c.
3 planes will go to transavia Denmark (ICAO: TDK): 1 -700 and 2 -800's
1 plane (HZN) will possibly stay in POS for a damp-lease period (TRA cockpit & 2 pursers, rest CAL crew)
This leaves 26 a/c for the summer holiday period.
To total it to 31, 1 a/c will come from transavia France (TVF), 3 from GOL and one from KLM. Reg's not known at this moment.

Maybe it is too soon to ask this; but will the GOL aircraft stay in their original colours or are they going to be painted in Transavia colours?

Probably hybride color scheme, just like the last few years.
Own GOL colors, but with HV tail and titles.

Just took a look at http://www.skyliner-aviation.de

This website states that HV will lease PR-GIB & PR-GIC
from GOL. Leased from april to october.

I have heard that PH-BVC (3rd 77W) will be painted in Skyteam colours. Is that true?

Well, actually my info comes from the following post on page 13 of the so called "New deliveries/special colours to look out for at Schiphol" topic :

tonjochems wrote:It still takes a while... but B777-300 PH-BVC will be delivered in Skyteam colours..
Saw the drawings... very copy / paste design of star alliance.. Blue tail with Skyteam logo, big skyteam titles over the fuselage and below the forward door a KLM logo..
Bye, Chris.
