Re: The Dutch airliner delivery thread
Regarding the MPP and MPQ, when do their leases expire? I'd guess around the end of 2011 at the earliest. Can anyone confirm?
Could very well be that by the time, the cargo market has picked up again, and the aircraft will be back in service.

As far as i know, all aircraft that KLM will park in the dessert inpatrick@tediek.com wrote:the CKA stays with KLM but just parked?
this timeframe will be returned into service when time comes.
CKA will be one of three to be parked at this time.

Re: The Dutch airliner delivery thread
As far as the four KLM freighters are concerned, my suspicions were confirmed today in 'de wandelgangen' , still officially unknown.
Although parking aircraft in the californian desert was a serious option, the summerschedule will be most likely the same as past weeks.
All four aircraft will be used in a sort of 'estafetta' patern.
Eight scheduled flights a week, can be done with two aircraft, but instead of a three hour rotation to the next flight, next flight will be operated with another aircraft, leaving the arrived aircraft 24-48 hours parked at Schiphol EHAM.
Parking any of the four freighters in the californian desert will be quite unlikely.
Ciao,
Sil

The new boeing 737-800 for Transavia France F-GZHF s/n 29677 will go to Transavia NL for the first year, to be registered PH-ZOM, delivery approx mid/end jun 2009.
Transavia NL PH-XRC, PH-HZV and PH-HZY will go to Transavia Denmark, and will get a danish OY- registration, probably within a few weeks.

Just found out that HV has cancelled the 3rd lease from GOL, no reason known.737_KLM wrote:The 3rd GOL a/c will be PR-GOZ, no del. date known but will be reg. as PH-HSR
Best regards,
Maybe HV757 (frank) knows why it has been cancelled? Due to the economical recession?

Re: The Dutch airliner delivery thread
Or maybe an extra plane from KLM? Much cheaper dan leasing it from GOL...737_KLM wrote:Just found out that HV has cancelled the 3rd lease from GOL, no reason known.737_KLM wrote:The 3rd GOL a/c will be PR-GOZ, no del. date known but will be reg. as PH-HSR
