Yet again the Lancaster...

According to http://www.scramble.nl/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=51900" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Friday morning at 10.00 hrs LT the BBMF's Dakota ZA947 may land at Amsterdam, bringing the Lanc crew.
At about 12.00 hrs Avro Lancaster PA474 should take off, but perhaps only for a testflight ?

Apparently the weather (strong winds!) in the UK is a big factor in this. So if strong gales are found around home base Coningsby, chances are slim of PA474 returning to Great Britain this Friday...

Hierbij de spotjes zoals die op dit moment bekend zijn. Zoals het er nu naar uit ziet zal de C-130 slecht te fotograferen zijn en moet de Yak 40 te fotograferen zijn vanaf de DDA ( als het platform verder leeg is) of met een ladder vanaf de parkeerplaats.:

voor de Hercules (RRR5111) : M 71

voor de Yak-40 (PLF105) : K 35 / K 36

Natuurlijk is dit alles onder voorbehoud en is het te hopen dat de C-130 een andere plaats krijgt.

De vertrek tijden zijn voor beide nog ongewijzigd zoals het er nu uit ziet.
