Re: The Dutch airliner delivery thread
Boeing 747-400(BCF):
PH-MPP to be wfu / returned to lessor April 1st, 2009.
PH-MPQ to be wfu / returned to lessor April 1st, 2009.
At the moment PH-MPQ is still operational and PH-MPS is already parked for about a month near Hangar 11. MPS was originally planned to fly to China for heavy maintenance but this didn't happen so far. PH-MPP by the way is just parked at the moment at MZJ and not wfu and it will depend on the economic future if it will fly for Martinair again.
Also there are strong rumors, that the remaining operational two Martinair -400BCF's will be replaced by the two -400ERF's that KLM is not using at the moment, in the near future.

Two of KLM's 747-400's will be put on Martinair AOC per 15th June..I guess MPQ/R/S will be flown to Marana soon..Cargofreak wrote:Boeing 747-400(BCF):

So saying "short through the corner" ( ) MP is loosing al their 74Y's on short term which will be replaced by the 74Y's of KLM. Sad to hear that rumour...................

At first, welcome on this forumE099786 wrote:Does this news mean Martinair's -400BCFs are permanently our of the fleet - to be replaced by the KLM -400ERFs??
About your question: You are right
4 MP 400-BCF's are going to the desert in Arizona. They will be replaced by 2 KLM 400-ERF's under MP AOC.
So both KL en MP are then flying with 2 400-ERF's.
But is not permanent, only temporary during "kredietcrisis".....
All times are local times!

Will -400ERFs coming to the MP fleet from KL be painted in MP livery? Then return to KL after MP brings their -400BCFs out of the desert when the crisis is over? Quite a shuffle...

Re: The Dutch airliner delivery thread
Small update regarding transavia Denmark:
Frank
The IATA code will be 'PH'Bit offtopic but what will be the IATA code for transavia.com Denmark?
transavia.com Holland = HV / TRA
transavia.com France = TO / TVF
transavia.com Denmark = ?? / TDK

Re: The Dutch airliner delivery thread
According to luchtvaartnieuws.nl (source in Dutch), Amsterdam Airlines will receive its second A320 at the end of this week. Delivery will take place in Miami.
I assume that this will then be the PH-AAY.

Arno
