Jeroen,
Nice shots;
referring the SAA 73H: Was this pictures taken ex CPT
It looks very similar to the beach-resort of Strand (above winglet) and Somerset-West (accross high-way from Strand)

Syrianair Tu-134, somewhere over the Syrian desert
Syrianair Tu-134, could also be in the engine shots topic

Re: Wingview Photo topic
That's a realy realy nice selection you have Erwin....
Here some of mine:
Almost looks like the Grand Canyon, but it is in southern Libyan dessert, near the border with Algeria and Sudan (Beech 1900):
Tripoli International (through dark windows, Beech 1900):
Bogota International (the military parts, MD-11)
San Juan (during take-off, MD-11)
The Mont Blanc from 18.000ft, Beech 1900):
Cheers,

Re: Wingview Photo topic
Good afternoon!
Quite a lot of nice photographs gents (and possibly ladies when this topic is growing)!
@ Melchior, quite a nice variety, but the last 3 photos you posted are not that dedicated to the original topic I think, while those photos are more shots of foreign parts of the world (to my opinion) and not showing a wing or part of a wing.
Ciao, MartijnMD11

The airports' runway is the most important main street in any town!

Hi,

Take-off AMS runway 24, with the 'spottersplaats' still open.
And inflight over the Alps:
Aircraft was UR-SMA, Volare Avia Company.
Regards
Eric

You are right. Was a chalenge to avoid the wings while making the pictures, although the dark Tripoli picture does show the prop blur of the wingmounted engine... Will try to look up some more with wings...
