Spotting opportunities in Nevada, Utah & Oregon

I will be spending my holiday in the USA and we will be passing through Nevada, Utah and Oregon. Does anybody have some information about spotting conditions at:

- Salt Lake City, UT,
- Hill AFB, UT,
- Klamath Falls IAP, OR,
- Reno-Stead, NV,
- Reno-Tahoe, NV.
