This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

Who can help me??
It seems all these pics were taken at the southside (RWY36) of the base. Is that correct??. Is it also possible to take good pictures at the northside (RWY18) of the base? If so how many mm do you need?? Please help.

Re: Who can help me??
I was there summer 08 and for bad weather they were using rwy 18. I was not able to find a nice spot. I found one a little bit far and with 1D and 350mm I was a little far but I saw only Alphajet... F15 are 2 times bigger...MIASCB wrote:It seems all these pics were taken at the southside (RWY36) of the base. Is that correct??. I do not remember how to get there but you'll find for sure, it's the only spot possible. Infact on 18 approach there is the railroad and no streets close to the fence. For what I know, rwy 18 is not much used.
hope this help
ciao gp

Hello everyone
I am a new in this great forum
I'm impressed with your ability to cover the events of aviation on the particular issue of the participation of Royal Saudi Air Force and French Air Force in the ancient exercise Green Shield2 in Dijon - Longvic Air Base, France, and I loved that guide you pictures of the participants in this exercise
