Yes, all HAF bases.

And as to the second question, it depends on your definition of a "low cost" airline...

Been there in 2008, the nice thing is that they have normal flying operations on Friday and Monday. Not all bases are suitable for photography on Friday and Monday but at Larissa they pass just in front of you when they taxi out (and in). The open-days are meant for the local people and for schools so there is never a huge crowd around! The static at the different airbases is not that big, it can differ between five and ten aircraft.

Low-cost as in 'as cheap as possible' from NL, Belgium or western Germany... ;)

Thanks!
972 km from here... too much driving if they don't fly.

Please note Larissa does not have regular ops flying on Fridays!
This was explained to us by 'Eyes17" during a base visit last May. Just put it in the driving schedule on Monday morning...

For an impression of the HAF Open Days see http://www.karo-aviation.nl

As mentioned in previous replies, not a huge crowd, unfortunately no 'big numbers' on # a/c

The entire HAF does not have regular operations on Fridays. Only check rides and live scrambles are usually seen. It is maintenance day.

Beware that on Sunday bases will open at 1300 hrs (or later) for the public. Official ceremonies reserved for invited guests will be held in all bases in the morning.

See you all there

Today (friday), flying activities were noted at Kalamata (T-2s and a lot of T-6s), as well at Andravida (F-4E) and Araxos (F-16s). It turned out to be a good day with over 100 aircraft logged!
