Starting the 1st of May 2010 Emirates will operate a daily pax flight between DXB and AMS.

Flight EK145 will depart at 08.25 lt. from DXB. Arrival at AMS around 13.30 lt.
Flight EK146 will depart at 15.30 lt. from AMS. Arrival at DXB around midnight lt.

Equipment may vary between a Boeing 777-200LR and 777-300ER. This route will be the 23rd route to Europe of Emirates

EasyJet has announced a new route from Doncaster (DSA) to AMS starting mid-April 2010:

- dep. 13.50 DSA - arr. 16.05 AMS - A319 Daily
- dep. 16.40 AMS - arr. 16.55 DSA - A319 Daily

Easyjet has also announced a new summer route 3x/weekly from AMS to Split starting 10 July 2010:

- dep. SPU 16.15 - arr. 18.25 AMS - 319 - Tue, Thu, Sat
- dep. AMS 18.45 - arr. 21.00 SPU - 319 - Tue, Thu, Sat

This flight is operated by a MXP based easyJet crew on the following routing:

- MXP dep. 14.20 - arr. SPU 15.30
- SPU dep. 16.15 - arr. AMS 18.25
- AMS dep. 18.45 - arr. SPU 21.00
- SPU dep. 21.30 - arr. MXP 22.40

Flights are now loaded in OAG..tuesdays will see a B777-300ER, rest of the week B777-200LR.

AMS - St. Petersburg in Summer 2010:

KLM and Rossya will both increase the frequency of their flights on AMS-LED-AMS, as follows:

- AMS dep. 10:00 - LED arr. 14:50 FV 278 Non-Stop A319 Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sun
- AMS dep. 13:00 - LED arr. 17:50 KL 1395 Non-Stop B737 Daily

KLM is increasing frequency by 2x/week, while FV increases by 1x/week compared to 2009. The flights will be codeshared KL/FV. With this increase KLM returns to daily flights to LED which it used to operate before the Russian Government suddenly reduced its landing rights several years ago.

Ik zie op luchtvaartnieuws.nl staan dat easyjet een nieuwe route gaat openen tussen AMS en Praag, schiphol wordt wel overommpeld met Easyjets straks al was dat soms in de zomeravonden/middagen ook wel behoorlijk druk vanaf 14 mei willen ze de vluchten gaan starten en wordt dagelijks uitgevoerd het aantal extra vluchten komt op 67 te staan.

Waar slaat deze reactie op? Easyjet vliegt wel op meer routes dan 67. Ik tel vanuit Engeland al meer dan 67 routes.

Opgeteld komt het extra aantal routes voor 2010 nu op 67 uit.

Na Easyjet voegt ook Vueling twee nieuwe lijndiensten richting AMS aan haar netwerk toe en dat zijn Bilbao en La coruna.
Ze beginnen eind maart en vliegen de routes drie per week maandag, woensdag en zaterdag
