Info req.: Forbes Field - Rosecrans Memorial AP - Whiteman

Hi,

I am visiting the family in June / July so I am very close to the following bases:

- Whiteman AFB, MO with B-2, A-10 and T-38
- Forbes Field / Topeka, KS with 11 x KC-135R (190 ARW / 117 ARS)
- Rosecrans Memorial AP, St Joseph, MO with 10 x C-130H (139 AW / 180 AS)

I will write to the PAOs for a base tour, but I think IF they will give one, then only at the ANG bases.
Anyone with tips, info about taking pics at the above mentioned bases? Don´t want to end up in the jail over there.

I believe they still give tours at Whiteman where they even encourage you to bring your camera! But I guess you will get only a limited view on the operations. Try visit the websites of those bases. http://www.af.mil" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; will get you further!
