Een B77L is nog niet zo vaak op Schiphol geweest toch?

Op Schiphol is woensdag (31 maart) voor het eerst een Boeing 777-200 Longer Range (LR) geland. Deze versie van de ‘Triple 7’ is het verkeersvliegtuig met 's werelds grootste vliegbereik. De 777-200LR is in staat non-stop een afstand van 17.445 kilometer af te leggen met 301 passagiers aan boord. De Boeing 777-200LR die woensdag op Schiphol landde vliegt voor Pakistan International.

Het toestel werd door de Pakistaanse luchtvaartmaatschappij voor het eerst ingezet op de lijndienst Lahore-Amsterdam, via Frankfurt. Het toestel landde met bijna een uur vertraging even voor 18.00 uur op Schiphol. Voorheen gebruikte PIA op vluchten naar Amsterdam een Airbus A310-300.

Pakistan International was vier jaar geleden die eerste luchtvaartmaatschappij die de 777-200LR in dienst nam. Het type is tegenwoordig in dienst bij diverse maatschappijen, waaronder Emirates. Deze maatschappij zal de 777-200LR vanaf 1 mei regelmatig inzetten op de route Amsterdam-Dubai.

De 'Worldliner', zoals de bijnaam van de 777-200LR luidt, wordt door Emirates ook ingezet op non-stop lijndiensten van Dubai naar Noord-Amerika.

Het line maintenance van de 777-vluchten van PIA op Schiphol wordt uitgevoerd door Direct Maintenance.

Hello,

I visited Amsterdam yesterday from Dublin for a business trip and have the following requests if someone could help:

Air Zena B737 at 09.00
red and blue A300 in cargo - I did not recognize the colour scheme
Nippon Cargo B744 departing at approx 09.00
All white B747 at Maintenance all day
also, I noted a few Martinair MD11s moving throughout the day. Can anyone tell me what PH-MCY got up to? It's my last one.

Nipporn Cargo JA08KZ
All white 747 F-GCBM
Martinair PH-MCY left the 30th and came back the 1ste, so for sure not in that day.
