EHLW Frisian Flag Photo Topic (Leeuwarden AFB)
Forum rules
This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

I try not to be offensive... but what is your own opinion about the sharpness of your pictures ? personally i think it can be improved quit a lot !
So why did you drop so many "unsharp" pictures ?

@ Dino and Roel: Very nice ! Jealous about the on-base thingy!
2 days of FF. Met some very nice people (Finally, Iwan, it was great company) I shot some pictures as well. Not so much difference. I used a 40D and a 5DMKII and a 400 5.6 lens. Great lens. Great camera's. All is shot in Manual. It's a compilation of Tuesday and Wednesday, different light conditions. Last 3 are a bit different, just some Artyfarty for panorama frames. Small post-processing in LR (no calibrated screen, that is broken and is being fixed as we speak
Greetz,
Andras

Andras! Nice shooting, love the tail end Gripen and the last three are superb, shame the F4Fs photo was not a split second earlier.

Re: EHLW Frisian Flag Photo Topic (Leeuwarden AFB)
For those who missed FF because of the ashclouds, a small 'teaser'.
http://www.vimeo.com/10985163" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
(if necessary please copy and paste)
Because of the (upload) size it's only one 'shot'.
FYI this shot was taken with the 7D + 300 + 1.4TC. For me it's very nice to have the video with me on the photocamera

Yeah i hear you on the F-4, bummer I have to say that i only like the back end of the Grippen, i think its an ugly plane from all other angles.. Last three are going to be framed in a wide frame.. great wallstuff for the toilet..haha

Nice to see some different angles.
Don't like to see actions like this one:
These kind of actions can spoile a lot for the rest....
