Maybe itś my french, but i could not find any dates on the site mentioned above..

Does anybody know the exact date of the disbandment ceremony, and will be the flying activity reduced to zero immidiately after this?

I was planning to go to reims before the closure, but i read something about next thursday..

Hope to hear something!

Thanx in advance..

This is the disbandment ceremony of ER1/33. To my opinion ER 2/33 will stay here till june 2011

One Mirage was in a shelter facing us as we drove towards the flightline from the runway. Did anyone read this one?

About the hangars. I counted 5 in the middle one and 8 in the other open hangar by the time we left there (2nd group at the flightline)

first one:
271/112-QQ
634/112-CK
510/112-SL
606/112-CU
229/30-QW
278/112-SG
236/112-QR
? I assume this is the one without engine in the far righthand corner when facing the hangar. Did anyone read this one?

2nd one:
659/112-NT
624/112-NY
640/112-NV
614/112-NR
? Anyone for the 5th Mirage in this hangar? 627/112-NA perhaps since I did not note this one?

further aircraft fly-by's on june 22:
E140/102-FA Alpha Jet 2x overshoot in the morning
and civilo's flying through the CTR (in order of appearance) F-HACN, F-GIRP, F-GKZB and F-GOSF

A bit of confusion was caused by the fact that 659/112-NT could both be logged under "flying" (it arrived -probably after a test flight- around 1400 lt when most people were waiting in the parking lot and took the intersection to the left of the civil terminal) and under "hangar", as it was logged in one of the hangars later on (at least around 1530lt)

finally, one for the record: EWAS (was) there too, as was SGV!

It was indeed a very nice visit in Reims. I was also there with GRAS and i noted also Mirage F-1CT 231 in one of the hangars (photo proof). I believe it was parked in hangar2.

Cheers,
Eric
