If we all agree to mix floatplanes and waterplanes, I have some to add aswell.
Above is really only an excuse to place this photo and ask if anyone has a clue which manufacturer and type this is, Zhukovsky 2001. Doesn't look like its a high flyer.

Don´t really know the type (Polecat could be right), but it looks like an ekranoplane. Which is a plane that uses the ground effect to fly/float just above the water. The Russians built quite a few of those during the cold war. Erwin is right, ekranoplans are also called WIG (wing in ground-effect)...
In fact this type is even in use by the Russian border police...
