I'm asking because i didn't seen any ukraine display with su 27 on airshows since 2002 crash(or i just missed it?)

CIAF 2004

and more...

You really missed season 2004 it looks like. In the last years no displays due to lack of spare parts and other problems. ("embargo" from Russia to help the outs in Ukraine I heard).

It is easily possible that even the organizers have no idea at all.

Because this year my press aplication was not accepted, I would like to ask where is the best place in and outside the base to take photos and what are the advantages of being outside the base. Thanks.

On Thursday and Friday we can suggest the ends of the runway. I show these on googlemap:

Next to the road 44:
http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=46.90798 ... oramio.all" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Next to the road 441:
http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=46.92510 ... oramio.all" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I think these are the best places to take pictures about arrivals and about that aircrafts, who take training...
I can not suggest the northen side of the Base next to the fence, because You will be in front of with the sun, so there will be contrast light...

Advantages: at the ends of the base, over Your head will fly the aircrafts if You stand on the landingline... :lol: so they will be very close... :fadein:

If You have any question, feel free to ask it...;)

If me replying instead of him is not a problem... :)
http://www.ticketpro.hu/contact.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - All locations are listed on this page, where you can buy tickets. Might be worth giving them a ring beforehand, though.

Do you must have ticket buy in advance to get on the bus, or you can first ride and then buy ticket at gate?

No, because you have to pay the bus, but it's cheap.

The bus is right in front of the train station.

Hey guys,

After looking at the English version and Hungarian version on the website I have a few questions.

It the aircraft is in bold print that means it has been confirmed to be at the air show correct? But if it doesn't have dinamikus or statikus next to it then do we know if its performing or not?

For example, under the Hungarian list, all are in bold print but none say Statikus or Dinamikus. I figure since it was The Hungarian Air show that something from that host country would be flying? Am I wrong??

Also, I can't find a air show start time and end time. I will be taking the train from Budapest so I was just trying to figure out what time I need to leave Budapest in the morning. I will be flying over from the United States next week.

Thanks for all the help and advice,
Trevor

Which is in bold on the webpage, that is a confirmed type... Which isn't in bold, that will or won't come... so that is under reconciliation...
Next to some aircraft, the editor of the page have written what will be static, and what will be dynamic... the other type who don't have dyn/static indicator that is unknow yet... The hungarian types are going to fly... ;)
The airshow maybe start at 8 AM, the gates will open at 7 AM, and maybe the event end at 6-7 PM... it depend on the flight program...
The flight program of the airshow will be published on monday...so on next week... If we got news, we will write it to here! ;)
