I'm planning to go to LIPA next week, is it worth it? I mean is there some F-16 activity or is it very quiet. Just some pics on 31stTailSpotters site and that all shows transporters, so I'm wondering whether there is any fighter action at all...

There are a lot of Aviano F-16 (Nickel 51/55/61/71) over Germany right now heading for Lulea/Kallax AB,Sweden with Airrefueling in the Saxon Track with Quid 84/85/86.

Just landed in AV, confirmed 89-2152 and 88-0516 both unmarked, "new" Vipers for the 31FW

According Combat Aircraft, with the standing down of 34FS at Hill AFB, Aviano will receive part of their aircraft.
So more to come maybe?
