Are the times planned, Zulu time or is it local?
And wat is the difference between the times?

Welcome Nathan,

The times are local; the first time mentioned is the landing time / second time is departure time.
So 0600/____ means plane arriving @ 0600 and not leaving, ___/ 0600 means already arrived earlier and leaving at 0600.
