Though I still haven't sorted out Roel's technique (that's BS for: haven't got a decent macro-lense, nor a proper lightbox, nor remote exposure...) Tried it nevertheless on a couple of old Embraers....
Quality is nowhere near where it should be, but it was fun to try it. Please just enjoy them when in a nostalgic mood...
Short lived Freeway at Twente..
another "has ceased to be" airline, exel
Luxembourg...
Twente again...
BAwith the yummie tail (personal opinion)

Re: Share your slide scans
Certainly the most unusual Corsair in my collection. I know of no place to put it, so might as well put it here.

Just some Phantoms around Europe.
Ramstein early 80's I think
Bruggen some where in the 80's I think
Alconbury 1976
Alconbury 1981
I use a Minolta Dimage Scan Dual II and I am happy with the results. Al my slides are Kodachrome 25/64 taken with Minolta equipement. But last but least, thanks to photoshop CS5 and some plug-ins.

Re: Share your slide scans
Good piece of kit, that Scan Dual II. I use one as well. And indeed with the right original material and post processing you get stuff like the Phantoms you just showed us. A far cry from some images on Mil Spotters.Aardvark wrote: I use a Minolta Dimage Scan Dual II and I am happy with the results. Al my slides are Kodachrome 25/64 taken with Minolta equipement. Thanks for sharing those!
