Don't think they will be using WILCO as a callsign as it is a Abreviation of "Will Comply". I have seen a HF log of DAMO 71 (E-2) though.. could this be the one?

Probably not a helo indeed as it was descending to FL150. Transmission was weak so that's probably why Vinny thought it was a helo
