MLM Soesterberg Open Depot days

Post by P.Terlouw »

Today and tomorrow (2nd and 3rd of April) are the Open Depot days of the MLM in Soesterberg. Public has the opportunity to view some stored aircraft on the airbase. Although the shown collection is very limited, I decided to have a look anyway since it was a very nice day.

yes it is. Unfortunately during the respray last year they restored the paint to the same situation as it was and not fixing some mistakes like the low tailband.

Yes, that is correct. Only Hangar 7 and the two aprons next to it. One with the parked Atlantic and the other for the busstop and some flying activity of radio controlled choppers.

Any chance those two can be seen from outside the base? I wasn't able to visit last Sunday, but those two are the only tow aircraft on base I still need (afaik)....
Coordinates for the exact location would be great as well.
Thanks in advance!
