Try this: Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Default

I f that doesn't work try this: Grab PC -> Go to Attic -> Open window -> Smash with hamer (For security reasons) -> Throw out PC on street -> Close window -> Get a beer -> Give me your 1D -> no more red X'es

I think the last is the best option...
