Hi,
Is there a topic dedicated to the NTM 2011 which does not include the Spottersday or the airshow please?

During the NTM 2003 at Cambrai also a spottersday was held. What I can remember from that day that ist was not possible to photograph on the runway; only taxitrack and a small part of the flightline.

... but again this was 2003. I do not know if and how safety regulations are changed between then (2003) and now (2011).

Just enjoy :) even if it is not possible to photograph take-off and landing. The most interesting participants (for me) will be present at NTM 2011.

Edward.

Last year at Volkel only the aircraft which used the parallel runway (also used as taxitrack during recovery) came close. The aircraft which took the main runway was far away (500mm or more).

The 2009 edition at KeeBee was well organized from a photographers point of view. An area close to the main rainway and possiblities on the taxitrack.

... as from the 11th (the first spottersday out of three) we know what the french has to offer.

Grtz,

Edward.
