Unfortunately Bulgarian Cougars won't participate.Airfan wrote:Well, I've just spoken to a fellow who said that AS-532AL Cougar is the next addition to the group of participants from the Bulgarian Air Force.

Drove by the base this morning. Outside where 2 JF-17 and 2 F-16 from the PAF , no numbers yet. One of the F-16's did a rehearsel for the airshow.
Also seen flying; the special painted F-16, the flypast with at least 3x T-37, 3x T-38, 3x F-16 and 3x F-4, 2x C-160 and a KC-135 and lots of helicopters.
No numbers while security send away people watching at the main road, you were not allowed to stand there . Let us hope this changes tommorow!

Pakistani JF-17's are 09-112 & 10-114. The F-16's are 85726 & 85728.
Transport had already departed early this morning.
We kept away from the main road and had no troubles.
Regards,
Charles
T-34 by the way is the 54-24218

I was at AKINCI AFB in Ankara yesterday. AEW MESA left air base and I recorded it. I think Its destination was Izmir.I am not 100% sure, but I think the B737AEWs are not yet delivered to the THK, although they are already flying in Turkey (I read something about acceptance of the first one at the end of June). To expect gliders in a flypast is a bit....oh well, never mind.
